Ben Rogerson Yacht Design (BRYD) is looking for a full time, motivated Junior Naval Architect/Design Engineer to join their team in Hamble outside Southampton.

Based on their offices in Hamble Point Marina, the ideal candidate will be tasked with developing a diverse range of projects, from performance cruising motor yachts to custom and production racing and performance sailing yachts. The role encompasses all aspects of small craft yacht design and naval architecture, from preliminary design and naval architecture to structural design and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong engineering capabilities and a solid portfolio of past work and projects. An ability to adapt to new software and procedures is essential, and experience using parametric design software is preferred.  Practical manufacturing experience and yachting experience would also be an advantage.
